"Refreshing, we had Steve from Core come to our home to evaluate our A/C system just a few weeks after a larger well-known company completed their semi-annual service. Without any guidance, Steve accessed the system and pointed out some deficiencies. He cleaned out areas that needed attention and answered all my questions in a manner that made more sense. The other company was recommending upgrades to our system that were both expensive and unnecessary. Steve also said "Yes" to being able to redirect air to my home office which is the warmest room in the house, when previous company said "No" and that nothing could be done.
